I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was ideal as it was close to shopping centers and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping. The room amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar were very useful. The leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and garden area, were fantastic. The food served at the dining restaurant was delicious and special diet menus were available. The staff were very attentive, and the service was first-class.
Highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and a shopping center, making it easy to find dining options and do some shopping. the view from the rooftop pool was amazing and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
There were a few issues that detracted from our experience. the room we stayed in did not meet our expectations.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated halfway between the city center and western Sydney. It was also conveniently close to various restaurants and shops, including a Westfield shopping mall just 200m away. The public transportation, including the train station, was within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to explore this city. The room design was modern and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the very nice city view from my room. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the staff at the front desk and concierge were great, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Lovely staff. Luxury and opulent. Great skye bar and pool. Convenient location for Accor Stadium. Hype and great restaurants nearby. Cocktail bar upstairs. Cool position close to Homebush and Sydney Motorsport Park. Public transport within a 5-minute walk. Incredible local restaurants and Westfield shopping mall nearby. Incredible city view room. Excellent breakfast. 3 restaurants/bars including rooftop bar and upmarket restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely, spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Great food. Highly recommend.

The location of Crowne Plaza was perfect for my trip. It was close to Homebush and Sydney Motorsport Park, yet still conveniently situated near the city. I loved that the hotel was just a 5-minute walk away from public transportation, including the train. the Westfield shopping mall being only 200m away was a huge plus. The local restaurants in the area were very nice, offering authentic and friendly Asian cuisine.
I didn't get to experience the on-site restaurant or bar because they were fully booked for a private event.
